DW Akademie is commissioning an examination of the media landscape in East Africa (EA). This research is used as contribution to develop a regional project strategy for the project and it’s possible outreach to Rwanda, Burundi and South Sudan. The project is already implementing activities in Tanzania (TZ), Uganda (UG) and Kenya (KE). The research shall be done in between Sept. and Oct/Nov. 2021; it will be issued for a max. number of up to 20 service days in the contractual period.

We are looking to hire a Project Officer from Tanzania to support our Media Futures EA Project from September 15, 2021 to December 31, 2022. The Project Officer will assist the DW Akademie Project Managers based in Bonn (Germany) and Nairobi in project management tasks related to supporting the regional outreach of the Media Innovation Centre (Nairobi), and provide support for the partner cooperation and administrative tasks.
