The Media Viability ecosystem is in line with my personal aspiration of working to help media houses operate sustainably by adopting new technologies and innovations, becoming efficient in financial management, having better understanding of their audiences by doing audience research and further aspects that are for the betterment of the media industry.
|What impact do you want to make in the media sector?
I want to see media houses using the modern technologies and tools to engage with and better understand their audiences’ needs, accessing more revenue streams to enable them to operate sustainably, and I want to see them operating efficiently by managing their staff well and having the knowledge they need to handle financial matters that are important for their sustainability.
|What can media organisations as beneficiaries expect when they work with you?
Media organisations can expect better audience engagement through the use of new media technologies, more revenue from different revenue streams, improved productivity by improving on human resource management and knowledge about proper financial management systems.
